The Living Space
The kitchen, dining, and living spaces flow as one - yet offer distinct areas to enjoy. Our huge Maker and Son corner sofa and loveseat and our new hand-crafted Outerspace Living oak dining table offer comfortable spaces to come together or enjoy a moment’s peace.
Make yourself at home in our spacious and stylish kitchen. It’s fully equipped with everything you need, including a coffee maker, dishwasher, and an Everhot stove for eco-conscious cooking. In the cupboards, you’ll find high-quality locally sourced utensils and crockery.
The mezzanine is a cosy, homely space where you can go for a moment of calm. Curl up in those fluffy chairs and lose yourself in a book. Or step outside onto the large terrace and nestle into our corner sofa to enjoy uninterrupted views of the South Downs National Park.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Our three bedrooms are designed for a perfect night’s sleep. Pastel colours create a calming environment while our beds are made from the finest materials, including organic and fairtrade soft linen and cotton bedding.
On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms: one is en-suite and suitable for wheelchair users. The third bedroom is a cosy twin room on the mezzanine level, complete with a walk-in shower and a bath.
There are three stylish bathrooms in The Grain Store: one en-suite wet room, one shower room and one three-piece bathroom. All our bathrooms are stocked with products from 360 Botanics and come equipped with the finest organic cotton towels.
Outdoor Space
With the South Downs National Park as your backdrop, sit back and enjoy our outdoor spaces. The Grain Store boasts a large private garden and courtyard with a seating area and custom brick BBQ, as well as a large mezzanine terrace for unbroken panoramic views. Experience evening magic: our beautiful wooden hot tub means you can unwind with a stargazing soak!
