We’re incredibly excited to be able to offer our guests a 'Fine Dining' experience, brought to you by local Chef Richard Falk. Rich is a private chef based in East Sussex. His previous experience includes working at London’s Michelin-starred The Ledbury and as Head Chef at The Dairy in Clapham.

Want to hire a private chef for dinner party experiences? Rich will work with you to curate a menu that best suits your needs. This can be anything from a family-style sit-down dinner to something far more refined and intimate for couples celebrating a special occasion. He can also cater for larger parties looking for a special menu to make celebrations truly memorable.

Rich works closely with local producers in and around East Sussex: from farming co-operatives and small scale meat producers, to multi-generational fishing families. He is passionate about supporting the local food infrastructure, and he describes his style as ‘ingredient-led, low intervention cooking’.
