Set in the heart of the Sussex countryside and accessible from Lewes, Brighton and London, we provide an open collaborative work space for exclusive off-site board meetings, leadership away-days, and non-residential team events. Combine your event with a ‘walk and talk’ - proven to be hugely beneficial for creativity, innovation, and problem-solving.

We can accommodate groups of up to 10 people for seated events, dinners, and meetings, or up to 20 for stand-up day events.

FAQs

Depending on the event type, we can host 10 - 20 people.
We can accommodate groups of up to 10 seated for dinners, meetings, and sit-down events.
We can accommodate stand-up events of up to 20 people for the day.
Up to five cars can be parked at The Grain Store. However, if you require more parking please enquire.
Yes, there are two electric vehicle charge points.
There are bus stops on both sides of the A27 at the bottom of the hill, just a few minutes walk from The Grain Store. From these stops, you can catch buses on the Regency Route, which can get you to Brighton and Lewes.
We are ten minutes drive from Lewes train station, which is well served by minicabs during working hours. We can also arrange taxis by prior notice to meet guests from a particular train (charged at cost).
Lunch and refreshments can be supplied upon request (please enquire).
Meetings and event bookings are generally for daytime hire only. However, we welcome the opportunity to discuss your requirements, so do please get in touch. If you would like our list of suggested local accommodation providers, do ask when booking with us.
