The Grain Store is the culmination of several years work and vision. Our dream was to create a country retreat in Sussex for those wishing to escape and reconnect. Located just outside Lewes in the South Downs National Park we offer a cosy and luscious place to stay whilst exploring the beautiful surrounding area. 

Ideal for a walking holiday, cycling holiday, wellness retreat or fitness retreat there are plenty of opportunities to explore the rolling South Downs, meandering river trails, ancient woodland and dramatic coastline. There is plenty of native wildlife, pretty historic villages, Sussex vineyards and welcoming local country pubs to discover not to mention the beautiful flora and fauna with the changing seasons.
