Payment and Cancellation
We ask for a 25% non-refundable deposit by credit/debit card at the time of booking; the balance is to be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation should be made by email to business@thegrainstorelewes.com; it is officially accepted when we confirm the cancellation by email.
Cancellation fees
Cancellations made 8 weeks or more before arrival: fee of 25% deposit paid at time of booking
Cancellations made between 56 - 42 days before arrival: fee of 60% of the total hire cost
Cancellations made between 41 - 29 days before arrival: fee of 85% of the total hire cost
Cancellations made 29 days or less before arrival: no refund
You’re advised to have suitable insurance which will compensate you in any circumstances.

Please note: we hold a security deposit and reserve the right to bill for any damages caused by you during your booking.
